Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your pepper mill, please review our returns and exchange policy below:
Returns:
Eligibility for Return: You may return your unused, undamaged pepper mill within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Return: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or visit our returns page with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned pepper mill, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged Items
While we take great care to ensure your order is packed securely, we understand that, in rare cases, items may be damaged in transit. If your order has arrived damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note, if your order was fulfilled by Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon directly for assistance with returns or replacements.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we're here to help. If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
To report a faulty item for a product purchased on www.eralt.in, simply get in touch via our Contact Us page, and our E-commerce team will be ready to assist you.
If your item develops a fault after 30 days, depending on the nature of the issue, we may still be able to offer a repair or replacement.

Refunds
We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product in our warehouse. Please note that all refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once our E-commerce team has authorized your return, please ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. The items must arrive in re-saleable condition.
